Heathrow airport has four terminals. Terminal 1 has been closed so the terminals are numbered 2-5.

 

Terminal 2

Terminal 2 is also known as the Queen’s terminal. It took its name since it reopened in June 2014 as it was built on the site of the old terminal 2 and the Queens Building. Along with Terminal 5, Terminal 2 deals with domestic flights as well as many international flight companies including:

Terminal 3

Terminal 3 is the home to many Oneworld members and other non affiliates. They deal with many of Heathrow’s long haul flights and also some to Europe. You will find the following airline companies at T3:

Terminal 5

Terminal 5 is the home of British Airways and Iberia and only flights from this operator fly from here (including Iberia Express).

Heathrow Baggage Sevices

 

Luggage Delivery

 

You can have your baggage delivered on the same day to anywhere in London. This service is operated by Excess Baggage Company. Simply leave your luggage at any one of the drop of points in the terminal and they will deliver your luggage to either your house, hotel or even your office. This then gives you the freedom to explore and travel through London luggage free!

 

Luggage Storage

 

The same company offers luggage storage. This is a great service for if youo are stopping for a short time in London and would like to leave your luggage at the airport. You can pay for just a few hours or days if you need to.

 

Porters

 

If you would like some help with your baggage at the airport then you can request the help of a porter. Arriving passengers can get help with their baggage from the carrousel to either your transport or to a friend or relative.

 

Other Services

 

Meet and Greet

 

This concierge service is operated by Heathrow airport. It is available to all passengers, travelling with any airline on any ticket class. They will meet you at the point of leaving the aircraft and escort you until you reach your onward mode of transport. They will guide you through border control and assist you to your baggage reclaim carousel. Prices start at around £125
